If you have any massage background or are a student in a massage program, you’ll adapt quickly, but the course is beginner-friendly and teaches you the biomechanics from the ground up.

The Ashiatsu Thai Flow training is a 3-day, in-person, hands-on course with a total of 24 immersive training hours. You must attend all 3 days to receive your certificate and CEC credits.

  • Apply proper alignment and single-leg compression techniques to prevent injury

  • Reduce repetitive strain that forces many skilled RMTs to leave the profession early

By the end of the course, your body will not be exhausted from deep pressure work, and your treatments will feel more complete with less physical effort.

No. You do not need to be in a specific shape or weight to learn Ashiatsu barefoot massage. The course is designed to work with your body using gravity and correct biomechanics, not raw strength.

The training focuses on:

  • Using body weight and leverage for sustainable pressure

  • Learning to control depth without needing to be extremely strong or heavy

So as long as you are in reasonable health and can stand/balance during training, you can learn this modality safely.

You will earn between 15 to 20.5 CEC credits, depending on your association:

  • 16 CMMOTA
