Using Paint bucket tool-Photoshop



An area can filled in your image with solid color using the Bucket Tool.

Gradient tool

  1. Click and hold the Gradient tool.
  2. Click the Paint Bucket tool in the window that appears.
  3. Click on the Foreground Color icon to select a color for painting.
  4. Type a Tolerance value from 0 to 255.

The Tolerance value determines what range of color the paint bucket affects in the image when applied.


  1. Click inside the image.


Photoshop fills an area of image with the foreground color.


The Paint Bucket Tool affects adjacent pixels in the image.
